For centuries the gold standard in evidence was the “eyewitness,” the guy standing right there. But due to psychological studies regarding memory and reinforcement after the fact, good defense lawyers can often bypass even eyewitnesses these days.
The gold standard now, for the crimes themselves and as far as the evidence is concerned, are documents created at the time of the crime, or documents which by their very existence are The crime.
This site has already extensively covered the explosive findings regarding the perfectly falsified Electoral College votes submitted by five states. But to keep everyone on the same page, two nights ago Rachel Maddow said:
“It wasn’t a state, it wasn’t three states where they did this – it was at least five states where we have now obtained false documents created by Republicans.
And it’s not as if they have, once again, created these documents to, for example, keep close to their chest and fantasizing that this had been the real result. It’s not like they created these documents just to remember. They sent them to the government as if they were real documents.“
But more importantly, with the criminal elements in bold:
This draft letter was dated December 28. How does this guy, this Trump guy at the Justice Department, know that two weeks earlier, Republicans in at least five states had, in fact, created these fake voter documents? Did the Trump’s Justice Department knows it because they helped Republicans in those states do it? We do not know. But someone helped them do it, because they all filed the exact same document in the same font, in the same spacing, with the exact same language. So someone helped them do it.
Someone committed a crime and it wasn’t just anyone, it wasn’t just anyone who organized it and it wasn’t just anyone who approved of it. There are very few people in the country who can get people in five states to do something they know is wrong. They know. Those
voters in the United States are not stupid people, they know that is not how it is. They did it because they were told to do it by someone very high up, confident that it would make sense and be part of a bigger plan.
We know that at least someone at DOJ knew about it and some of us may even guess the name but won’t because that would be just an educated guess. Everyone involved in this case has committed some crime – at least if one is to believe the many legal experts who have weighed in on what happened. And, if you really think about it, does it seem likely that someone at DOJ is coming up with this plan – one that took the kind of coordination to make them look the same, without permission from someone else. upper ? We already know the White House was working closely with the DOJ because we know Jeffery Rosen said Trump told him to sign a letter finding fraud and leave the rest to him. We know Rosen refused and Trump almost installed Jeferry Clark as acting GA
Until this morning it was only one assumption that the White House had to approve a plan like this. Fortunately, the internet never forgets, and this morning the sun rises on a tweet that may not only prove that the White House knew about the plan, but that the White House proposed the plan or encouraged the plan because it comes from there. “two weeks ago” Rachel referred:
Come to think of it because we hear a lot about fake certificates https://t.co/PcOw49iWwS

At the time, most thought these “substitute voters” were just idiots standing in a parking lot or meeting in a church basement raising their hands to vote.
But in the clip above, Kayleigh mentions four states (with metropolitan areas, these people) submitted another group of voters who Congress will have to vote. The Electoral College voted on December 15. The above video is dated 17. Kayleigh specifically says that Congress will have to vote on these new voters. Kayleigh – with a sleight of hand – isn’t talking about voters, she is talking about certificates.
They were not “voters”, they were fraudulent Electoral College votes of the kind that would appear in an envelope Mike Pence would open. Without going beyond the four corners of what we to know, we now have absolute proof that Kayleigh McEnany knew that these fraudulent certificates had been sent to the government and that Congress should find out. The only day and the only means by which Congress “would find out” would be January 6, the day the certificates were to be opened.
When there is so much crime, starting with the fraud against the United States and the plot to overthrow a government (sedition) on paper, and we have a contemporary video of Kayleigh McEnany telling the world these alternative voters were coming “to make Congress make a decision”, no one had reason to believe the plan was so sophisticated and so well designed for once again … January 6 in chaos.
It’s all out in the open, on paper and on video, and it’s damn hard to decide that we won’t charge such a serious and obvious crime. Should it even be said that it seems impossible that Kayleigh McEnany would know of a plan to plunge January 6 into chaos, but not Trump? Remember, someone in very high places must have said “it’s okay” or those people in America, the ones who aren’t stupid, wouldn’t have taken the risk.
