What do you get when you cross a premium automotive brand with a luxury wellness hotel? The ultimate spa getaway.
Lexus has just announced its “Lexus Drive Your Way to Wellness” experience with Miraval Resorts and Spa, offering customers/drivers a day of fun. Available at all three Miraval resorts in Arizona, Austin and the Berkshires, the package ranges from six to eight hours and includes use of a Lexus on property. In fact, the car is part of the experience.
You start with an intention-setting ceremony with a Miraval guide, followed by scenic drives to destinations where a private guide can take you on a hike, bike ride, or even a swimming expedition. There is also a chef-prepared picnic and an activity unique to the area, such as kayaking, bird watching or paddle boarding. And what’s especially great is that it’s only a short drive from major cities like Tuscon, New York, and Austin. So you can fully enjoy a summer Friday.
“We are thrilled to partner with Lexus to provide our guests with exclusive driving experiences at each of our resorts and spas,” said Susan Santiago, Miraval operations manager at Hyatt, in a statement. “These new and unique offerings allow us to immerse our guests in scenic, natural off-property settings that encourage external exploration and space for internal reflection. We look forward to continuing our mission to provide authentic experiences focused on the physical, spiritual and mental well-being of our guests.
And that’s not the only Lexus-themed wellness offering. The luxury car company has also partnered with Cal-a-Vie Health Spa in Southern California to create the “Lexus Living in Luxury” package. Instead of a day trip, this offer is spread over four nights. It includes a stay in a villa with terrace or balcony, all gourmet meals, and a cryotherapy or BodPod session. This is in addition to a spa treatment like a hydrating wrap, a facial, two 50-minute Cal-a-Vie massages, and a private fitness session with a 50-minute to-go program. Of course, you also get complimentary transportation to and from San Diego International Airport in a Lexus.
“We want to provide a luxury experience from the moment our guests arrive until they leave. We care about creating life-changing wellness experiences for our guests, and that’s exactly what we’re doing here. at Cal-a-Vie Health Spa,” said Terri Havens, owner of Cal-a-Vie Health Spa.
The inspiration for these offerings came after Lexus executives realized the need for more self-care due to the stresses of the pandemic. “After the past two years that we’ve all been through, it’s no surprise to see an emphasis on self-care coupled with the desire to get away from it all, driving demand for wellness travel,” Vinay said. Shahani, vice president of marketing for Lexus. “As a luxury lifestyle brand, Lexus addresses this need by delivering curated, integrative experiences that focus on wellness in award-winning destinations. »
The Miraval experience is available for $495 per person, while the Cal-a-Vie experience is $7,300 (Lexus owners also get a gift and 10% off the price).
