On Friday, a 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of several domestic burglaries since June.

Adan Abel Holguin was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possession of stolen goods and being a criminal in possession of ammunition, according to Sgt. Rovann Cleveland of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.

Cleveland said members of the Palm Desert Station burglary control unit and Palm Desert and Indian Wells special enforcement teams searched a residence on the 77000 block of Michigan Drive in the Palm Desert Country Club as part of an investigation into residential burglaries in the community between June. and this month.

BSU members identified Holguin as a suspect and are said to have found evidence and property of the victims in his possession during the search. He was subsequently arrested, Cleveland said.

Holguin was admitted to the John J. Benoit Detention Center in Indio and held on $250,000 bail.
