PHILADELPHIA (TSTIME) – Three men are recovering from a shooting in North Philadelphia. Police say the shooting broke out just after 10:30 p.m. Friday on the 3500 block of Warnock Street.
One man is in critical condition, the other two are stable.
So far no arrests have been made.
