The statement noted that Section 4, subsection 2(j), of the law that created YOGIS clearly states that the agency is authorized by law to approve and register all land sellers operating in the state. of Yobe.

“In view of the above, YOGIS has decided to officially close all PALDAN operations in Yobe State with immediate effect, following the non-compliance,” he said.

The CEO of YOGIS issued a 24-hour ultimatum to PALDAN management to come and have a final discussion on the way forward.
